Rarely on time. Waiting 15 minutes beyond my appointment time and left. Decided to take my business elsewhere after another delayed appointment. Generally you might here a sorry this staff member is running behind but that is never the case. And tonight especially annoying as you can hear two staff members speaking in one of the back rooms. If they had been with a client the doors would be closed and you wouldn’t hear the chatter. I’ve come back a few times because of convenience of booking and location but this will definitely be the last.

This is my fourth time getting a Brazilian wax with them I’m exotic dancer and each time they have missed big chunks of hair if I’m paying for a full Brazilian waxing I expect it to be front to back its not been that every single time and if I’m going to pay full price for a full Brazilian wax I expect to get that. I also would like to state that I am a full cosmetologist and the hair that they are missing is long enough to wax. With my career I have to be cleaned up down there it looks very odd if I have chunks not getting waxed everyday I wear thongs and I do not want my hair hanging out of my thong. I know that this is TMI but you’re missing areas. And the reason I’m explaining this is because it could affect my career.

I have been going to the Fairview Park location at European Wax Center for a few years. Lately I have been noticing the customer service has been below average compared to other salons and spas that I go to on a monthly basis. Today, as I was checking out and the receptionist begins to talk about their packages, I politely tell her I am not interested but maybe the next time I am in. She continues to pressure me and says “You are literally paying so much money for no reason.”
