As a regular longstanding customer, I have always had good treatments here (with most of the staff), however the front desk staff is intolerable. Rude, dead behind the eyes, unhelpful, and unapologetic when they’re running 15, 20 and 25 minutes behind schedule. I understand things happen and people show up late, however a little hospitality and customer service goes a long way for customer loyalty. Treating customers as if they’re privileged to be in your presence is no way to run a business.

The woman who answered the phone was like no worries I will just put you on the schedule and you will be all set.
