First brazilian and I was nervous as heck. Front desk ladies were awesome and accommodating. Bernita was very welcoming and explained everything before she started. And once it was time to get started, she was reassuring and gentle and made sure I knew what she was doing before she did it. She then took time to explain the products and aftercare directions. I’ve been going to EWC since January 2022, my first experience wasn’t the greatest missed spots that were very noticeable. I thought I’d give it another try with someone else. Tiffany was very understanding and made up for what happened that first visit. She knocked $10 off of my service and was very apologetic about the whole thing even though it wasn’t her fault! Ever since February 2022 when I saw Tiffany for my second time she has been my girl! Highly recommend Tiffany! 🙂

I came for a Brazilian and have never been so dissatisfied in my life. I left feeling sore and red which I assumed to be normal. Later that same day I noticed little red bumps form and less than 24 hours later I have a ton of little red bumps all in my bikini area heavily resembling folliculitis. I attempted to message the store via SMS and later had 3 different phone calls with them. The store manager was apologetic but said that the FRANCHISE OWNER told her that what happened to me cannot be blamed on her facility or the services provided and that this sounds like a case for a doctor. I have had a Brazilian many times before and I have never had this issue ever in my life. The store would not offer me any assistance weather that be product to calm my skin or a refund/ partial refund. I would caution anyone going here and hope that customers know should something happen, this franchise owner will try and put the blame on anyone but herself/ her store.
