This is normally my go-to European Wax center location. The website listed appointments available for that day but when I called I was told that they were all booked up. I ended up going to a different European Wax location a little bit further away. I’m confused as to why you would have appointments listed as available online if they’re not available.

Thought this was going to be my new spot for bikini waxes but I was wrong. I’ve never had so many hairs missed, even after going back for a touch up. I do not have time to keep going back when the job could have been done efficiently the first time. The waxers spend more time trying to upsale products and trying to get you to get memberships than they do providing quality services. The experience is so rushed they don’t even offer a mirror or time to check if they missed anything and if you are happy with the service. Forget trying to get to know your waxer for repeat services. Also the center itself is sub par. There are no ring lights so I don’t think the waxers can truly see what they’re doing. Also they are afraid to get in the lips/crevices to make sure they get every hair. Wish I could get my money back for this service. My skin has also never been so damaged after being waxed.

After being customer for 5 years and coming to this salon every month for 5 years – I was treated so poorly. I will never come back for sure. The manager should supervise employees who are first day on the job and should not call customers back and tell them they said something which they didn’t. So many wax technicians left this place while I was customer and I wondered why. Now I see – it’s very poor management. Don’t buy package!

I’ve been getting regular waxes here for a few months now and I have been very pleased. Everyone is always very polite. I’ve had 2 waxers and both did great. The first time I visited was my first wax and I was super nervous, the waxer I had (unfortunately I can’t remember her name and she no longer works there) was amazing about talking me through everything and was very thorough. I’ve had the same girl every time since then and she does a great job too.
