The company allowing employees to work with positive covid test (and symptoms), and the hold music saying “we’re taking all precautions to make sure it is a clean and safe environment”, is a bold face lie. I reached out to cancel my wax pass, and was never called back. I have now reached out a second time, we will see if I can get a call back.When my wax specialist was out, no one called to inform me to see if I wanted to reschedule. They just threw me onto another specialist schedule and over booked this poor girl. This happened 3 times. That is HIGHLY unprofessional, especially for something as intimate as a Brazilian. This company and location needs to get it together, and put their clients first, and not the money.After being passed from wax specialist to specialist, I will NOT return. They fired Megan, their best specialist, by far! I will no longer be back. The company allowing employees to work with positive covid test (and symptoms), and the hold music saying “we’re taking all precautions to make sure it is a clean and safe environment”, is a bold face lie. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe employees themselves are very kind and helpful, I received a wax and was pleased with my experience. I returned, got the wax pass (knowing (well…. thinking) I could cancel within the 30 days without a fee. After my second wax (on 5/25) I realized it wasn’t for me and decided to call to cancel my pass on 6/16. I spoke with a woman on the phone who said that it was no problem and I’d receive a refund for the remainder of the payment of my most recent wax and future payments would be cancelled. On 6/26 I was charged again for another payment. I called to let them know this was a mistake, they said there was nothing they could do but give me “93.00 of store credit”. Of which, I had no use for at this point. After having to explain myself multiple times, they finally sent me on to talk with someone higher up who charged me a fee for “late cancellation”… although I cancelled within the 30 days. She did give me the remaining money back. Long story short, kind of seems like a scam to me and they care more about getting money out of their customers than a quality experience. 0/10, do not recommend. Also! The employees themselves are very kind and helpful, I received a wax and was pleased with my experience. I returned, got the wax pass (knowing (well…. thinking) I could cancel within the 30 days without a fee. After my second wax (on 5/25) I realized it wasn’t for me and decided to call to cancel my pass on 6/16. I wanted the lady I usually went to but she was on maternity leave so I got booked with someone else and she was great she talked and made me feel comfortable. she did a great job I told her that I had been growing my brows out a lil to make them look fuller and she took that into consideration they also talked me into getting a pass but now I can keep up with my brows again. I scheduled an appointment for 1pm. I wanted the lady I usually went to but she was on maternity leave so I got booked with someone else and she was great she talked and made me feel comfortable. she did a great job I told her that I had been growing my brows out a lil to make them look fuller and she took that into consideration they also talked me into getting a pass but now I can keep up with my brows again. I love this location have been going for about 2 years and will continue to go.

Ashley in particular is a gem. She is so friendly, SO quick, and is very professional. The front desk staff are very kind and pleasant to work with as well! I’m very happy I decided to try this EWC and will keep coming back.
