I got my first ever Brazilian Wax today by Olivia and she is AMAZING! Booked her for next month and the months after for sure. I went in super hairy to where I thought it would still be prickly after but all the hair was gone. Doesn’t hurt as bad as you think it will so don’t be scared!! She carried a conversation to keep your mind off of it and applied pressure after every strip to lessen the pain. She was truly phenomenal and anyone getting their first time should go to her even if it’s not your first time go to her!! Also my first visit was half off so that was awesome!! Don’t forget to tip her because she deserves it for the good work she does!

My first visit was scheduled at 11:15 am I did all of the paperwork online. Showed up a few minutes early and they were so over booked I sat there and waited until 11:45. When I asked how much longer it would be she couldn’t give me an answer. I had to leave without receiving my service after waiting for 30 minutes. They have a strict 9 minute late policy but can’t finish on time. They offered to comp the next visit but I’m not sure if I’ll come back if they can’t honor my appointment hour.

I arrived at my appointment today 10 minutes late because of traffic, and the front desk woman said they would have to reschedule because they only have a 9 minute hold period.
