I’ve been to several European wax Center locations across the country, and I have to say this one is by far my favorite! I’m so grateful for the consistency of the front desk being so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also, if you have the chance or she is available- HIGHLY recommend Molina- I had a great first experience with her, for people who have never gotten waxed, and for veteran boxers, I recommend her. She will do an incredible, efficient job (while making you feel 1000% comfortable.) I love our conversations and how this is a monthly thing I look forward to! I was running a few minutes late today that turned into 11 minutes because I’m new to the area and couldn’t find the place at first (it’s in a corner), and then I received a work call right before I walked in. I was told I couldn’t be serviced because there’s a 9 minute grace period I had exceeded. Drove 25 minutes to get here. Such a waste! The front desk clerk should have communicated it to me in a much more courteous way as well. Definitely will NOT be back. I should’ve took the time to find a local esthetician anyway because they rush you during your appointments at European Wax Center due to the unreasonable timer they’re on.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI bought a Wax Pass after having a wonderful experience with Molly. She left three months into me having the pass. No one let me know she was gone and I was placed with a new specialist the day of my appointment. I did not care for Justine (she left wax everywhere after my Brazilian) so I scheduled the next appointment with Brittany (she came recommended from a friend). That appointment day came and guess who wasn’t there…. I was just put with Amanda that day again with no notice up front. Amanda then lifted my skin and left me with a lovely case of hives. The owner then gave me no apology nor did she even attempt to rectify my bad experience. All she could say was “Maybe I was wearing the wrong underwear”. Corporate refuses to respond to my complaints so I have yet to get my money back for my pass. I’ve been going here for 5 years now and it has definitely gone downhill. My wax specialist is awesome and fast but the reception area is awful. The phones NEVER get answered, even if you call over and over. The late policy is 9 minutes. I showed up at 8 minutes and they refused me. I travel from Spring Hill but at this point I will find something closer to home. It isn’t hard to get your phones fixed ( it puts you on hold, and then tells you that their mailbox is full) and answer them. I think there are probably better, more affordable, wax centers elsewhere. ♀️
