I almost always get someone really lovely to help me on the phone but I my receptionist Bianca earlier today was incredibly inconvenienced that I dared to call and reschedule an appointment when I got held up today. I drive out of my way to come to this location and having someone a little more pleasant on the other end of the phone really works wonders for a business

I love getting my waxes done here. But their front desk service isn’t the best. I drive 1hr and 45 min to be waxed at this location by a particular waxer. Parking is always a hassle when arriving. I had an appointment at 4:45 i called at 4:42 to let them know I was in the parking lot looking for somewhere to park as I know there is a 9 min grace period. I literally had a 7 min walk from the very back of the parking lot and walked in maybe 45 or just possibly right at 1 min past my 9min grace period and I was turned away. With no apologies, I was just told I had to reschedule for one minute!!! I’ve been on time until it’s time to park and it’s literally no where to park!!!

I had been to this location 5 times before and have been early and had to wait for 30 minutes just to start service. I did not mind and understand some times things happen. I booked appt at 10 and when arrived at 9:58 in parking lot. Parking is horrible and drove around the shopping area for 8 minutes and then had to settle on spot with a 3 minute walk from the location for this service. After walking in was told I was 10 minutes late and could not be seen for service. I told her the parking was horrible and drove around several minutes trying to find a spot and then took three minutes just to walk to location. She offered 0 empathy and then told me she could fit me in at 11:30am. I walked in at 10:10 for appt. I walked out and walked back in then and pointed to the time on my phone at 10:10 on my phone her announced cut off…she then changed the time cut off was 9 minutes to policy and said she had not control over the parking. Once again 0 consideration. She was the manager. Just sharing for EWC to know the parking is a huge issue effecting your biz and your manager won’t be keeping the clientele either. I hope this share helps you to correct the issues. I won’t be going back to the location and don’t believe the manager really cares anyhow.

I regret signing up for the package. The waxers are good but their customer service is trash. They do have a 9 minute grace period, but this morning there was a wreck right outside the place and parking was terrible. So I walked in at 10:25 with another woman. We both had 10:15 appointments and we were turned away. I understand if this was a chronic issue, but really? Clearly, traffic was bad if we were both late. I had just recommended them to someone too, but quickly taking that back! I’m going to try and get my money back and go somewhere else. They aren’t that stellar that there aren’t a dozen other places to get it done.

I had my eyebrows waxed at this WG location and twice they have damaged my skin. First time, the girl waxed off a layer of skin on both eyelids. I thought it was just a bad waxologist, so I gave them another try. Went again yesterday and my eyelids are again scarred. This time it seems to be burns. I don’t know if the wax was too hot or if they just use a bad product. I’ve been to other EWC locations and never had this problem. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for 20 years and never had this problem. The first girl tried to say it might be the moisturizer I use. The second girl tried to blame it on the frequency I go (not frequent enough). Crazy!

Xandria put in extra effort beyond what I had requested an appointment for with no extra charge to make sure the procedure came out excellent. She gave me great advice too for aftercare and the results came out flawless mere hours after getting the work done, where as I have read horror stories online of others having infection and ingrown hairs for days or weeks getting the same sh!t done at different businesses.
