Front desk customer service was terrible. Made an appointment over the phone for Naples and the woman at the front desk said I was at the wrong location although I called again to confirm and it was indeed Naples location NOT Estero and she couldn’t get me in though I drove half an hour to get here.

Very clean and the staff is super friendly. The receptionist, greeted me with a smile, and happily took the time to explain the services and packages that European wax center had to offer. Alexis was the esthetician that worked with me, and she was awesome! She was great at explaining the process as she went along, and made me feel very comfortable. She also was very helpful in explaining the different products that are offered, and how they are used. I would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely going here again!

Ok, so the people there are really nice , but I went there to pay for a service, “body wax “ I got my back and arms done, paid $112.00 ,,went home to shower and got dressed, thats when I noticed hairs still on both my arms , also my arms felt stubbly in spots she did wax , not super smooth like you would normally get from a great wax .. Very Disappointed… Lesson Learned ..

She always makes me feel comfortable and gets the job done efficiently. The products she suggested for me (Body Polish and Smooth Me ingrown hair serum) are my favorite and smell so good! Anytime my friends or even strangers ask about my waxing or about the process hurting, I say “ trust me, you need to go to Cassie” and that she brings me back to life!
