Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I got my under arms done and she was able to get all the hair up. I will definitely be coming back. I use the body aloe wash, cbd & lighting serum and they do work well and make your skin look great. If you need any waxing service highly recommend going to Venesia.

New management requiring face masks of all clients. Total waste of time showing up for my appointment today only to see the sign on the door that says masks required. When I asked the front desk gal she said they had a new manager who is now requiring everyone to wear a mask. You want to implement this ridiculous policy, fine, but have enough common courtesy to tell your clients when they book their appointment so they can choose whether or not they want to comply. I cancelled my appointment on the spot and I will not be doing business with this company anymore. Not only for their ridiculous requirement but for their lack of customer service and communication. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I’m glad I did not renew my membership package last month. This was the icing on the cake for a business that is already sub par.
