WORST WAX EVER! I’ve been getting waxed since 2016 and this was by far the worst wax I have ever received. My skin was ripped and I was in the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life for almost 2weeks. I was also left with patches of hair everywhere. I called and was told a manager would reach out to me because they were too busy. A manager did not call until 5 days later. They clearly don’t care so I will never be returning here or any other EWC location

I am very upset with my experience today at the European wax center. I have been coming here for a long time getting my eyebrows waxed. Trey was not only rude, she was very rough, and not friendly. my eyebrows are very uneven in size and shape. I will not be going back to her. I am very upset due the fact that I wanted nice brows before a trip and now i’m disappointed.

Very disappointed with my visit with this establishment today. I was a member years ago at this location and moved out of the area for some time then moved a little bit more local recently. The girl who “waxed” my eyebrows was very friendly but hardly took off ANY hair and was left looking just about the same as I did, I have very full brows and she didn’t bother to shape them at all. Frankly, I could of just gone to a hole-in-the wall nail joint and they would of done a better job than this. For what they charge for this service (nearly 30 dollars after tip), this is insulting.

My entire experience has been wonderful. From the moment I called and was greeted very warmly by the front desk… to Amanda that takes care of me, I highly recommend this location to anyone. Amanda made my first experience so pleasant despite my nerves. She was careful and considerate, really taking her time to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything to me along the way including what to expect afterward and over the next few weeks. My second visit was just as great. Talking with Amanda felt like catching up with an old friend and before I knew it, everything was done. I’ll definitely continue to be a repeat customer!
