It was my first time at this particular location because I needed a last minute appointment. I don’t want to post a bad review because no one technically did anything wrong. I just felt disappointed with the visit because the wax specialist I saw was very inexperienced. She was super nice and friendly but she couldn’t get the wax off properly and had to re-wax over the same spot over and over. I ended up with a burn on one of my underarms. I’ve never had that happen in all the years I’ve been going to EWC. I think I’ll stick to my regular location.
