Kathy answered the phone with her beautiful pleasant voice & professionalism was my first experience. I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Kathy, but I did have the pleasure of meeting Jeannae at the front desk. I’m a corporate trainer and the interaction & presence with the clients is everything. Jeannae is an amazing & beautiful young lady, I was received with such a sweet gracefulness. Now let’s talk about Baileigh’s my wax specialist soft touch and professionalism. This was my first experience with body waxing and Baileigh assured me that my experience will be painless because she will take care of me. After the waxing experience, she educated me about the do’s and don’ts & recommended some of their products that I didn’t hesitate to purchase. We need to always remember that Self Love & Self Care starts with YOU. I couldn’t be so ecstatic with my overall experience with EWC at the Boynton Beach location. My experience has over exceeded my expectations. I’m surprised that there aren’t more reviews about their amazing customer service and experience. I would definitely rate EWC a 10 overall satisfaction.

Right when you walk in, everyone is so welcoming! I keep coming back bc Baleigh is the best waxer I’ve ever found…shes so nice and gentle and always makes you feel comfortable. She’s good at what she does! The packages they offer are reasonable. It is easy to book appointments at the desk or on the app.

This place is terrible, everyone is obviously not trained correctly. Somehow my account was done correctly where I wasn’t receiving confirmation of my appointments to the point where they had me on a walk in basic. I spoke to one of the managers for fixed the issue for me and it was fine for a couple of months. A few days ago I called to make a appointment but I was told I couldn’t because my account is on a walk in basic and I was confused because I received confirmation that my account was in good standing. I spoke to another manger who I explained this to but she was more concerned about who fixed my account because they weren’t supposed to. I will not return
