Came to my appointment at the exact cut off late time which was told to me over the phone was 8 minutes but in the website it says 9 minutes okay whatever. Got there at 738pm and was told I needed to reschedule even though I called and told her I would be there at the exact time. The front desk person was rude and short. I will not be coming back to this location as it does make you feel comfortable when you are go9ng to get an intimate service and the customer service is poor.

I gave one star because my waxer was amazing, but I will not come again to this location as Iliana or Eliana (in her words it’s the same thing) , lacks complete customer service. I asked her to please check if I have a double account as I have had that issue before with European wax. I believe I had two packages and wanted to search for them. She completely dismissed what I was trying to explain and kept saying it’s 47 dollars. I have no problem paying but the mere effort would have suffice. Don’t even know how she got the job. She just looked and acted miserable.
