Crying. That is how my wife left this establishment, on the verge of tears from being burnt on her face and humiliated by one of the employees at this establishment. It takes a lot for me to have to say something because my wife always tries to make the best out of these places. Yet this was by far the most appalling show of unprofessional courtesy I have seen by any service I have worked with in my years living here in Florida. When you come out to personally attack someone verbally it shows that persons true character. NEVER will I be taking my wife to this or any establishment under this name because of this horrendous experience. My wife’s cheeks were literally red after running away from this place, and her face is still recovering from being burnt and gone over multiple times.

First time here. Horrible service and the staff is rude, inexperienced and unprofessional. I have been waxing every 3 weeks for the last 10 years and never have I experienced something so awful before. I have very high tolerance to waxing and the technician managed to burn my face. She went over the same areas multiple times with extremely hot wax whereas other technicians only go 2-3 times. Definitely very inexperienced. I told her about it but she kept fighting back and being rude from the very beginning. Front desk tried to rectify by giving a $5 discount on a $60 service and the technician came out arguing with front desk as to why they are not charging the full amount. Appalling, will never be back and highly recommend you stay away.
