I recently moved to the area and have been coming to this location since January for my waxes. I have been a guest of this company for a while, and I just had to rave about this location in Coral Springs. Upon every visit, the minute I walk in I am greeted with smiling faces. The front desk is always so warm and welcoming. They are always able to answer any questions I have on my wax passes or products I may need. I have been with a different waxer every visit and I honestly love them all. You can tell they are happy to be there and wanting you to see results. I am so happy that this location is my new waxing home. I will NEVER go anywhere else. If you’re looking to get waxed or for a location to call home, I definitely recommend this one!!!

I just started getting waxed and thought i would try this company. I went into the Coral Springs location and it was the best experience ive had by far. I came in and was greeted by very welcoming people at the front desk. My waxer made me feel very comfortable! And the manager Zoe also took great care of me! This is the second time I come to this location and I’ve left disappointed. The first time I went, I saw Nadia, who was recommended from reviews. As soon as I took my bottoms off, she asked if I had kids. I was super offended and did not like that comment. Then once I was finished, I got home and noticed I still had hair left on my butt & I did a Brazilian. I went back and told her she missed and spot and she said it wasn’t included in my Brazilian. I’ve gone to several high end wax locations and have never had this issue. Nadia, seemed offended that I told her she missed and spot and her attitude completely changed from the first time I was had gone.
