Horrible customer service! Diana who’s in the front needs customer service training. She was really friendly when she wanted me to spend more money on a package. Which I did purchase. After getting home I noticed my wax service wasn’t great. I called for a refund Stephanie the manager never processed. I called for a status. Instead of advising Diana wanted to argue. First and definitely the LAST time.

Its not the first or last BAD review for blonde front office lady…… I have been using European wax for over ten years and I receive a promotional email every now and again giving me a free wax. Today I went and had a service and when checking out they advised they do not accept the email. I was told by the lady in the front that each center is individually owed and they have no way of honoring it. I told her many centers over the years have never giving me an issue. If they choose to not honor these promotions they should post something or advise their clients each time of this this. This center in Pembroke pines has had many bad reviews of the same front office lady. It is in fact the centers responsibility to advise their guest if they are the only ones who do not want to honor promotions sent out to repeat guest. Horrible customer service is a domino effect for all. In the end there is in fact a button she used but the point being she preferred to go back and forth to see if she could get the full payment from me which I find so distasteful.
