The lady that did my eyebrows does not know a thing about waxing or shaping eyebrows. I specifically asked for just a cleanup and I emphasized that I didn’t like thin eyebrows. In the picture below you can see that she even removed the arch I had. I’ve been growing out my eyebrows for months because something just like this happened before. It sucks to pay for a service and have someone mess up your eyebrows. That is the reason why I left so disappointed and will not be returning. Another thing I didn’t like, the front desk lady insisted in me purchasing the annual package about 6 times which was pretty annoying.

Lets just say, I have going to this location for at least 3 1/2 – 4 years. Customer service is always accomodating.. I have ever had a bad experience. My preferred water moved and I needed to go to someone else. Sherice took care of me and was very welcoming and made me feel ccomfortable. We had a conversation, where I was distracted from the pain of waxing. I believe I found my new waxer. Baily has always assisted me with making sure I am paired with an appropriate waxer.
