Every time I go to the Waterford location I always ALWAYS wait 20mins (and more) after my appointment, making me cancel and rebook . I never had this problem in the Aloma location . Waterford has to do better with time management. Next time I know to schedule at 3pm if I want to be seen at 330pm .
