I’ve been going to this location for my Brazilian waxes this past year and apart from one bad session (probably because she was new), my experience has always been excellent. Erika is my preferred waxing specialist and she does a terrific job. I plan around her schedule and so should you! I also love their products, like the shea butter lotion and body oil. I also sprung for their wax pass which saves cash in the long run and helps you stay on top of your waxing sessions.

came here for my first time since i was in the area. for starters the wax girl didn’t leave out when i had to get undressed. that’s what usually happens whenever i get a wax at any place. after she was done she literally left baby powder and sticky wax all over me and didn’t wipe it off at all. when i asked her how can i get this off me she handed me a pack of baby wipes! im like no way this is happening. there was no hospitality at all nor did she make me feel comfortable. definitely will not be coming back if she’s there

Odessey did my underarms and Brazilian and she made sure I was as comfortable as possible and did an excellent job with me. I’ve been going here for TIA since 2015. Honestly she is the best person I’ve ever used. I moved out of state and missed her so much; when I moved back I had to keep going to her, no matter how long the drive. She really knows what she’s doing.

Super pushy. I was a first time customer so my wax was free and I left a tip, but my waxer kept trying to push products on me. She came out from the back 3 different times after we were done to show me more products and push them on me. I felt so uncomfortable. Would not recommend and don’t think I will return.
