This is my first time at European Wax and this will be my last time. The wax is more painful than the green Brazilian wax that I’m used to in Florida and also I’m not used to the technicians staying in the room while I dress and undress but what really got to me is that I said four times at the wax was too hot and towards the end I got burnt in a really sensitive area this has never happened to me with years of waxing I’m extremely shocked right now and upset. I expected so much more from this place. Also after the burn I was not wiped down with any cooling solution or nothing I was just told that I was done

I had an appointment scheduled today and received a text message from someone about an hour before stating my wax specialist isn’t going to make it to work today. They asked me if I wanted to cancel or reschedule but when I responded with 2 times I’d like to reschedule to I didn’t hear back from anyone with a confirmation. I’ve been calling for 2 hours and no one is answering the phone. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll stick with the Peachtree Corners location.
