So this is my second time visiting the Alpharetta location I make a 745 appointment so I can go after work. The first appointment I made I was with Shade who is wonderful. However, the receptionist at the front was rude I let it go, service and left today I went back for another appointment, and again a different receptionist, who was rude. This is a trend will not be going back.

Grace was awesome! For over six years I have wanted to try getting my backside waxed. I’ve had laser hair removal on the bikini line but did not go further with it. I called up day of and was able to get an appointment 10 minutes from when I called. I was lucky enough to get Grace for my first visit.
