I have been going to this facility for four years. This last year I have noticed a real decline in service and quality. I have had multiple wax passes that made me feel obliged to return so I don’t lose money. I have had roughly 8 specialists over the years. I have had a terrible time staying with a single person due to the incredibly high turnover rate. My last visit 10/18 I saw yet again a new person; despite being under the impression I was a scheduled with my latest consistent team member. I reluctantly got my eyebrows and lip waxed. Thank goodness I skipped the Brazilian!!! While the new girl was very sweet my face was burnt in three places. I called and was ensured I would hear back the following day. I have not had any follow up from this complaint. The woman who took the message was kind but I had zero follow through. I want to prevent someone else from going through this. They can have the rest of the funds I prepaid. I will take my business somewhere more professional and with better trained staff.

I am a regular customer of European wax center in Columbia and others in cities I’ve lived in. Today I called before going in to make sure my appointment was okay, and it was confirmed that it was still on for a 3:45 appointment. Showed up and went to check in and was told that the person waxing was still with a client into my time. She asked if I could come back over an hour later at 5 or 5:15 pm. Honestly very disappointed with this location, I booked an appointment today for a special occasion later this evening. When I was told I couldn’t be seen (I was willing to wait 15-30 min), only an apology was offered besides to a reschedule the appointment. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning to European wax.

My entire experience here was… not great. I wasn’t aware I’d be standing outside in the dark and cold waiting to be let into the lobby area. I am used to walking right into spas/salons and being greeted and shown to a welcoming waiting area. I understand Covid regulations but I am certain no customers enjoy this and things should be tweaked at this point for guest satisfaction.
