My experience at the Brier Creek location was great. The receptionists were really friendly, and were attentive to my needs. Kayla was very personable, and made me feel comfortable. This, by far, has yielded the best results that I’ve had from a Brazilian Wax visit at European Wax Center. Prior to this visit, I was always dissatisfied with the partial removal of hair during a Brazilian Wax, but Kayla is very skilled, and did an amazing job!

I visited EWC 6 months ago after being referred by a neighbor. She gave high praises about Lindsey’s service and I needed to find an esthetician closer to home. I’ve been Brazilian waxing for close to a year now and I appreciate someone who is meticulous and has an eye for attention to detail. There is nothing worst than spending money on a wax that is not done properly. Lindsey was a joy. She was very personable, welcoming and knowledgeable. We chatted so much and I loved her sense of humor. The comfort wax was the perfect temperature and it was almost painless ! Lindsey really knows her technique. I returned months later after learning that Lindsey left and I made an appointment with Johanna. Johanna was excellent. A great conversationalist and she waxes to perfection. I’m in good hands here. Now that I’ve been to the other Raleigh location, this is my favorite.

So today was my first time EVER getting a Brazilian wax! I was greeted by Kala and Roni. They were so nice, warming and welcoming. I had Angela do my wax and she was AMAZING. She walked me through everything and made sure I was more than comfortable. I loved how confident she was with informing me how to prepare for a wax and how to recover. I will certainly be returning. Book with Ms. Angela she’s the BEST!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I was sucked into a wax pass with the notation that I can cancel at anytime- I called to cancel a month or so later, due to financial issues and was told everything was taken care of. In the midst of everything I get ANOTHER charge…I call the location they tell me that they will be sure to cancel this time and I can use my credits- not worth the arguing so I say okay. Here it is another month and another $95 coming off my card. Called again and took me 3 days to speak with a manager just for her to tell me that EWC cannot do a refund….as big of a company as EWC is and they cannot refund me $95. So, not only did I waste my time calling, I now have 4 free wax passes and “complimentary loyalty points” that I am not going to use because I will not be returning to this company for any services. I had to even ask that all cards be deleted from my profile in order to ensure I will not be charged again and get this….she tried to tell me it would be $25 to cancel this wax pass- even though I have already paid a total of $380 for 4 payments- 2 of which I was wrongfully charged. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SET UP A WAX PASS UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE.
