I’ve been coming to this establishment for some time now, but today I had a very bad experience. I was on time for my appointment but my wax specialist which I always see ( she’s not worth her name being mentioned) took a client that had a later appointment before me. I spoke to the front desk rep Tiana about my concerns and she was so amazing I’m sure she seen all over my face I wasn’t happy. Luckily another wax specialist Alissia was available and they asked did I want to see her, which I agreed too and I am thankful I did, Alissia made me feel like a person again and not a 15min slot, she made my appointment about me. I had no plans on ever returning to EWC but because of Alissia and Tiana I will be returning and have found an amazing wax specialist and hope Tiana is the front desk person that greets me. Both of them were very professional and you can tell they put their customers first.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and have nothing but great things to day about Alissia. Shes the next best thing since sliced bread. Unfortunately while she was out I was serviced by another aesthetician that rushed, did not allow the wax to harden before pulling it, did not even wax all of the hair and ultimately caused a large amount of bruising to the affected area. I made a complaint during my next visit which was a month ago and have not been contacted back. I made my complaint while the manager was stocking shelves so I know she heard me in additionto receiving the written complaint. The visit that was less than a poor experience of course is the ONE time I did not receive a survey request. My low rating is due to the lack of follow up and customer service after easily spending $60-$100 per session.
