Today was my first time going to the European Wax Center and it was great from start to finish. When I came the receptionist was super friendly and explained everything. I booked with Naya she amazing and talk me through the entire service. She kept me laughing. I received an Brazilian wax and under arms and the pain level was not bad at all. This was the worst waxing experience I have ever had. To me, Brazilians are already painful, BUT THIS was UNBEARABLE. The esthetician went over the areas that were to be waxed THREE times. The first time got the majority of my hair, which left my skin sensitive. Then she went over again with the hot wax and that caused my skin to become irritated to which I broke out very quickly. My assumption is that their wax is of cheap quality and/or she used dirty applicator. The hair started growing back within a few days and OH MY GAWWWD, I got the worst hair bumps. This was about a month ago and I STILL have hair bumps.
