It’s not this center specifically. But the culture of EWC it’s self is awful. I’ve been burnt. Changed centers. Changed waxers. Overcharged. This is literally a bad business!! Their way of fixing issues is to give out free wax passes. The late policy is double standard! And Don’t get me wrong it’s great to have a back up waxer but now they are the back up waxer. My review is don’t settle on a name. Do some comparisons! I found a great spot that does more for my session and costs the same

I’m not one to ever leave reviews, but I got my eyebrows waxed today at this location and the lady who waxed my brows made them VERY thin and super uneven. I pride myself in my eyebrows because of how thick and proportionate they are, and now I wouldn’t even call my eyebrows “cousins”! To top it off, the manager told me that I shouldn’t come back to have them fixed!! All I received was a credit towards my next appointment (not planning on going back) when I should have received a refund. I don’t wear makeup and I work in retail so I’m going to have to face customers with these horrific brows.

Getting hair pulled out is not for the faint of heart, but she’s quick and super friendly which makes it hurt less.
