Wax Specialist, Brianna is THE BEST! Her technique sets her apart from any other wax specialist I’ve experienced. Love her spirit- she makes you feel comfortable right from the start and is so warm and engaging! She takes her time, is so gentle, is very thorough, attentive, assessing and complimenting my skin. I don’t like to write bad reviews but today I will. I received a Brazilian wax a couple of weeks ago from a waxer who I still think is sweet but I was highly disappointed. I went home and had wax on me still with a lot of hair. I was lying there for over 35 mins so how can that be? I called that night asking them to please call me back the next day and haven’t received any calls. I called again recently and still nothing. I love coming to EWC but I will never again go to this location again if this is how they treat clients.

Dia (sp?) and Kay were the two faces I saw when walking in for my first time. Both were very polite and smiling and were happy to welcome my friend and I inside. Dia helped get me signed in and was very reassuring about the pain of my Brazilian. She made regular conversation with my friend and I and overall had a great vibe. Brianna did my wax. She was AMAZING! She was very soft spoken and walked me through literally every step. She kept me talking so I was less nervous. At first I was embarrassed about being naked in front of a stranger but I quickly dismissed that and felt very comfortable. I booked my second wax already and am very satisfied. This place was everything it was hyped up to be by my friends.

I recently had an issue with my wax passes that I tried to resolve in September 2022. There was an issue with my credit card company so EWC canceled my subscription without notice. The issue was resolved by my credit card company, though no passes were reinstated to my account and I wasn’t refunded any amount. I reached out to the salon and emailed back and forth with multiple employees for MONTHS showing proof of purchase. I even contacted the District Manager who said she was pass the info to upper management, but still never received a response or an update. Would love to be connected to Customer Service or someone who could help. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Dia & Brianna are amazing at the High Point location. Briana has been my esthetician for about a year now & I absolutely love her. Conversation is always great , great personality , she’s gentle & has always made me feel comfortable. Dia is a burst of sunshine seriously every interaction I’ve ever had with her has been great. She’s the reason I signed up for the Wax Pass. Others have tried to explain it to me at another location & I never understood it. Dia broke it down , explained the perks & I was sold. My last visit she educated me on my reward points , discounts with the pass ( which I used both ). They both should be recognized. They are great assets to the company!

When I say I love EWC in high point, it’s an understatement! I’ve been to quite a few locations but nothings like this one! Dia at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She helps with any questions and expectations for your service! Everyone I’ve met here is so personable and professional at the same time! They make you feel comfortable and like family! My wax specialist Ny’ema is so thorough I refuse to go anywhere else! The wax passes are affordable and super convenient! Me and my mom book here and here ONLY! If your hesitant to try getting your first wax this is the place to go!

Five star experience. I was referred to this location and the staff didn’t disappoint. Keke waxed my back and did a superb job. She has a wonderful personality and a professional manner.
