I came to Danielle after having a bad experience with another wax specialist and she was absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous after my previous experience but she calmed my nerves and talked me through the whole process. She took her time and was very kind and my brows looked so good. European wax center even provided me with a serum to help grow back hair in the areas that had been over waxed from the other wax specialist. Accidents will happen and mistakes will be made, but I’m certainly appreciative of a business who is willing to make things right afterwards. Thank you Danielle and staff!

Very welcoming staff. I was able to make a same day appointment. Shamayia was my esthetician and she did absolutely amazing! She kept the conversation flowing which made the pain a little bit more bearable. She made sure she asked where I wanted the the wax to begin and end on the face which was appreciated. Shamayia also informed me about aftercare and how to maintain my wax. Thank you Shamayia! I have tried an at home wax kit in the past which probably did not have the best wax grade. I was assured by my wax specialist that European Wax Centers wax is a comfort wax which cannot even be purchased online but it gave me confirmation that I am allergic to hard wax. I have sensitive skin so the allergic reaction was not a surprise.

Maggie was NOT a good experience. I’ve been going to European wax for years in different places (military) I have a consistent waxer (Danielle S who is AMAZING!!) at this location, who was on vacation so I tried someone else. Not only did she barely speak to me and had ab attitude, but she was tugging sooo slowly that if I wasn’t use to getting waxed (and if my hair was any longer) the method would be torture. It was a very uncomfortable experience and needless to say I won’t be going back to her. If I didn’t already go to Danielle I would never go back to this location.
