Scheduling was easy with Divinity. I asked to be scheduled with the top wax level staff. When I arrived the atmosphere was unpleasant and loud. I was greeted with my waxer Tyler. It was completely different from what I’m use to. She as in the room when I undressed, she went over the the same area for my Brazilian wax multiple times, she cleaned the area while I was in the room. There was no personality and she displayed a nonchalant attitude. I chose this location because it was closer to home but I will take the extra 30 minute drive to Carytown to Bombshell. The staff would benefit from a communication and professionalism training. I’m speaking from being a business owner myself. If this was my establishment I would be very disappointed in how my staff conducted themselves.

rude and unprofessional management!! I came for my first time with my mother and they way they spoke to staff was really unprofessional. Talking down to your employees just isn’t for me. The conversations I heard while sitting in the front were completely distasteful. I should not be hearing about who people slept with and what you’re doing once you get off with your friends. They definitely need to pick someone way more professional!
