Sidney at the front desk was working hard answering phones and checking people in and out. Even though she was super busy, she immediately made me feel welcome and didn’t rush me. She was able to answer all of my questions and booked me an appointment the same day. My waxing technician, Miss Angel, was very polite and made me feel at ease. I saw Natalie, and wow she was absolutely amazing. I have been waxing for maybe around 10 years and I would absolutely rate her at the top of all my wax specialists that I’ve seen, by far. Her technique was smooth and about as painless as I think is possible with waxing. I am just visiting Richmond, but I may have to intentionally visit around when I need my waxes, whenever possible, she is that good – I would absolutely recommend you see her, especially if you are nervous about waxing!
