I got my first eyebrow wax here today! It was free (but I tipped)! Amanda was awesome. She was super sweet and did a fantastic job. I love talking to her while she did my wax; and I’ll definitely come back and reschedule with her. The place is super clear and nice—very aesthetically pleasing. It was very easy booking an appointment and filling out paperwork online. I was able to get a same day appointment, and when I showed up early they got me in right away. Definitely pleased, and will be back to get my eyebrows done; and maybe even more services!

Came here for the first time a couple weeks ago to get my eyebrows waxed and was really happy with the service I received. I struggled to find a place to get my eyebrows done since the benefit brow bar is no long in the barracks ulta. At European wax center the staff were very informative and kind. Wasn’t as painful as expected. This visit was in the Charlottesville location. My waxed was Maria. She was nice enough going into the waxing, however, not only did she rush (she started mentioning time 15 minutes in and she was already close to being done) but it was painful leaving me bleeding and skin with bumps from the wax being too hot. There are even patches of hair still there. SHE FINISHED in 20 minutes and i can’t say i was satisfied at all. When dealing with such a sensitive area you should not be rushing. The manager was professional and kind and refunded my money, as well as, gave me some things to help with the irritation. I set my next appointment with Antiqa and hope it goes way better. All in all EWC does have good waxers available and the facility is A+ in cleanliness. You MUST check reviews on the waxer before booking if you want to ensure you are going to have a good experience. My waxed was Maria.
