I requested Vanessa based on the positive reviews I read here and was shocked by my experience since others have spoken so fondly of her. I have never been treated so rudely. I have never been waxed before. She had her headphones on from the moment I walked in the room, did not tell me what to expect and just immediately started waxing. She was visibly frustrated when I asked for a sip of my water in between services and was angry at me when I reacted to the wax. I didn’t even finish the service because she made it very clear i was an inconvenience for her. I will never go back to this location again because of how rude she was. She might like her long term customers, but she is not the right match for a first time waxer due to lack of patience.

As a first-timer, I had a great experience at this location! I looked at Google reviews before making an appointment and saw glowing reviews about a waxer named Vanesa. Booking her online was very easy. When I arrived, the person at the front desk greeted me immediately and was so friendly throughout my entire visit. Obviously, as a first-timer, I was quite nervous. However, the way that I was greeted from the very start calmed my nerves. Vanesa was on time for my appointment. She was extremely kind and patient with me. What I loved most about her is that she kept me talking through the entire appointment, so I didn’t really notice when she was pulling the strips of wax. Being distracted made me feel more at ease about having the service done. I wasn’t constantly thinking about how painful it could be because I was so engaged in our conversation. Vanesa seems very skilled at her job, provided lots of information about what to expect, answered all of my questions, and even recommended an aftercare serum, which I did buy. The facility was clean and welcoming. I’m very pleased with my results and hope to return again. I’d recommend Vanesa and this location to anyone.
