december 3: it was my first ever brazilian wax and my appointment was scheduled at 12:15.. not only did my appointment start 15 minutes late which is ironic considering they will cancel your appointment if you’re 9 minutes late, my waxer initially wasn’t friendly even after i told her it was my first wax. the service was quick which was a positive however maybe that’s the reason why i’m still prickly & i still have hair remaining. the waxer also burned me and refused to turn the wax down.. obviously it’s going to be warm but scolding? no. i also still have wax attached to my skin after the service. i felt pressured to schedule my next appointment and tip even though i’m not entirely satisfied with my wax. i feel like i get the exact results shaving as far as prickliness. it overall was not worth the money and pain & unfortunately i want to return for another wax but i’m afraid i’m going to waste more money.

Do not use Cam!!! They had a technician call in sick and Cam could only do one of my two services. I asked that both be done in the allotted time, which was possible. They kept wasting time by continuing to explain what could not be done. The technician said she moves at her own pace. She said I was rude and refused to provide service. I had to leave without getting any service done. She has very little customer service experience and has only been working there a few months. Instead of refusing service she could have attempted to do her best. Also, a technician calling in sick should not negatively impact the client. This place is disorganized and not trained in good customer service. Go elsewhere!

Very disappointed. I had an appointment set prior to my trip. Then 2-3 days prior to my appointment I got a text saying that my appointment was cancelled due to the wax specialist being ill. I know we all get sick and I understand. However, I got a text the day before saying that my appointment was still on. I called the office the morning of my “appointment” to clarify everything and the receptionist stated that yes the appointment was still on but with a different wax specialist. I never got a call from them about this. I come to my appointment and the front desk stated that they can’t find my appointment and they won’t be able to fit in my services for that day. Literally a waste of my time. You guys need to do better with your COMMUNICATION.

I called at 6:50 on Saturday to ask a very simple question to avoid driving all the way over here for nothing but they refused to answer after calling 3 times even when closing at 8pm. I walked in today after having to make an appointment to just be turned away. All of this would have been avoided if they answered the phone. I’ve had the same problem with all locations leaving hair on me. If I’m paying so much money for a wax it should be guaranteed that ALL of it gets removed. Very disappointed

I was very nervous coming in to get a Brazilian wax as it’s my first time getting one but since the moment I walked-in the staff greeted me and checked me in immediately. I don’t mind having conversation while getting services done and Crystal was perfect. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
