I just had the best experience at EWC on one of the worst days. I walked in for a 5:45 appt on Friday, Jan 6. I had just had an accident and the lady at the front desk went above and beyond. She was kind when she didn’t have to be, she gave a genuine smile, and even offered me a hug. She was the good girlfriend I needed in that moment. She told me it was gonna be okay . My esthetician, Misa, followed up that experience with another great one! Again, I had just experienced something horrible and Both ladies were kind when I was not expecting that. Thank you Misa and especially, Ms. front desk lady! You never know what ppl are going through! And this isn’t even my normal location, they don’t know me and they took care of me. Just phenomenal service and great energy!
