I have been going to this location for a year now and I love my waxer Stephanie. She is friendly and makes you feel as comfortable as possible and is receptive to feedback. I would rec her for first timers. However, I recently wasn’t able to book with her and had to book with a different specialist Neacia. Although she was kind and quick with services, I did have a lot of left over wax on my skin. Not a deal breaker, but it did made me realize I haven’t had that issue before. I also prefer pressure applied on skin after the wax is pulled and although I let her know about this preference, she only did it for one part. I think it just may have not been her typical technique so that’s totally okay but I thought I’d mention for others who may prefer that technique. I am going to stick to Stephanie because of her technique, efficiency, and friendliness. Overall this is a pretty good location and in my experience staff are accommodating.
