My visit was quick and quite pleasant. From the greeting when I walked in to the checkout process. I can’t remember the young lady’s name that greater me( on the far left when you walk in) she was very pleasant friendly and outgoing. My waxer Dominique was amazing. She talked me through the entire process. I’ve been there before, so I knew what was happening but it was my first time with her. She was training someone and was very thorough. She even accommodated me sine I had just had surgery on my knee 2weeks prior. This is a really great place I would (and will) recommend to everyone.

This is my third attempt with hoping that my visits would improve at this center but they have not. My first visit, the lady was rude and didn’t communicate with me at all with how I wanted my eyebrows waxed and she decided to do her own thing. I wasn’t pleased with my brows at all. The manager was there and I was able to discuss my issues with her. My second visit went better and I had Autumn who was extremely nice and communicated with me on how I wanted my brows waxed and she made great suggestions since my brows are thin. Autumn is the reason for the 2 stars. My third visit was terrible. I had my chin waxed and I’ve never experienced this type of pain before. The lady was rough to the point where it felt as if she was about to rip my skin off my face. Her excuse was my hair was coarse but I’ve had this done at other wax centers and never experienced the pain like I felt today. I was literally yelling out in pain and all she did was tell my that my hair was coarse. I wanted to give this specific center a try since I utilized the company in a previous state and that center was wonderful. This center has not been the case, except for my experience with Autumn. I can’t say I would recommend anyone to this specific center or continue to patronize this center.

I get my underarms and Brazilian wax done by Manju. She is amazing! She’s kind and quick! She makes sure to remove all the hair and I am satisfied with her work everytime! I recommend to go here!

I love this location and Arwa is by far the best waxer I’ve had- so personable, a perfectionist, and makes me feel comfortable (which is really important when you’re half naked!). I’ve gone to other locations in the past but the front desk here is always super friendly and never acts put out- Kassandra is my favorite. Definitely recommend.

This is my 4 th time and it was a very bad experience. I had manju and I am not happy with her work at all!!! On my previous experiences, they went over and over until I am all good. This time with manju, she did it once but I did not really say anything due to the good reviews about her I was like maybe she knows what she is doing. Unfortunately, she left me incomplete !!!! I arrived on time for my appointment, a half hour before closing time. My specialist was running late on appointments, and I was called back about 10 minutes before closing time. The specialist not only offered excellent service, but stayed after closing to complete my service and an additional free eyebrow wax because it was my first visit. Highly recommend Danielle.
