I have been a loyal customer for a couple years and routinely purchase the wax pass. I have referred other clients to this location as well. My friend received an email with a promotion for a free wax. She followed the directions in the email and clicked the link to book the service, which it allowed her to do so at the concord location. After the service the receptionist informed her that location does not accept promotions. This seems like an error on the computer side and should not be the customers fault. The manager, Rachael, was rude and offered no assistance. The receptionist said “I know it isn’t fair, this just happened the other day.” Seems like corporate should not send generic emails to customers. Maybe the email should inform customers to call to book any service. Again, this is still not the customer’s fault. I will no longer continue business at this location if this is how they handle things. Rachael offered absolutely no resolution.
