My technician was Maddie ( my sister referred me to her ) Maddie was AMAZIIINNNNGGGGG !! This was my first time getting a waxed I was so nervous!!! The staff here were kind and because I was new I got a huge discount which was really great but unfortunately there were a few issues- my technician was 10 minutes late to my appointment, which I can understand if their business was busy, but when she came to get me she had a nap lines on her face and had clearly been asleep. The other issue was the wax product itself- I don’t know the exact name of it but it did not do a very thorough job of getting all of the hair. I’m probably going to have to get touched up.
