However it’s always interesting when they ask when you’re finished, so how was everything? My answer usually is, painfully rewarding as always LOL. They say pain is beauty and in many cases this is true. However, it certainly is worth the 10 minutes for 30 days of cleanliness.

No stars should be an option. I’ve come to this location for precisely 15 services. Came in today for them to lie and tell me they’ve been texting and calling me all day to reschedule my appointment and that my appointment was not in their book. This morning I received a message confirming I had an appointment. The front desk receptionist kept insisting that they’ve been “attempting” to contact me about the appointment. When I showed her the text, she became extremely arrogant with me, instead of apologizing for her mistake, and insisting still that they were trying to contact me “all day.” She then proceeded to tell me that someone must have deleted it and to bare with her. Her cadence came off derogatory, and she was speaking to me as if I was incompetent, when their business clearly made a scheduling mistake. As much as I wanted to confront her about her tone, I didn’t say a word. They were able to get me in at 1pm, which was my appointment time, so I’m not sure why she was so insistent that my appointment was cancelled in the first place. Either way, she should have apologized for a mistake that was made on their end. This isn’t how you conduct business and treat your clients that have been loyal. I’ll no longer support this location. It almost came off racist, as I was the only colored female in that establishment. They didn’t speak to nor dart dirty looks at anyone else like they were doing to me, even when I was paying and checking out. If you’re a colored female, don’t bother coming here. I recommend the Horsham location over North Wales. Please keep your discourteous, racial attitude to yourself.

I have been a client for years and I’m disappointed in the failure to respond to my concern. I have darkened skin in the shape of the wax that was applied. I called and was promised a call back. Never received it. So I went in and met Raquel the manager who promised me a next day call. It has now been 8 weeks and she has not followed through. I visited a second time and was again told she would call me. That was over a week ago. At this point I hope to speak to corporate. I am nervous about getting waxed again because I have no insight into what caused my skin tone to be permanently altered. This is not standard inflammation or hyperpigmentation. I literally have the shape of the applied wax like a tattoo on my skin. It is not beautiful and I’ve had this scarring for half the summer.

Ashley did an amazing job – she was very meticulous and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She’s so friendly and takes a lot of pride in her work.
