Overall it was a good experience with a clean and professional environment. Unfortunately I did not like my wax specialist as much as I would have hoped. Donna was very nice, friendly and professional, however, I just did not like some parts of her waxing technique. Brazilian waxes are going to hurt regardless but these ones felt more so than usual.
