This particular European Wax Center is a small location in Jenkintown. The staff seem friendly and the place is clean. The prices are reasonable. I usually get my eyebrows waxed every couple months. They do a decent job and the price is reasonable. I would recommend checking them out.

So I booked An appointment my schedule time was 4:45 I got there at 4:52. I was told my appointment was canceled I needed to reschedule because there is a 9 min grace. However I got there within my 9 minutes. I really wanted to be waxed so I way I’m being canceled very very Rude and unprofessional Nia said well I’ll let the wax person tell you her self. It wasn’t what she was saying it’s how she said it very very rude and disrespectful. I was a little disappointed I dove like 30 mins and was looking forward to getting waxed. mind you my wax person was still working with the 4:30 appointment and I was the 4:45 So why I’m I being canceled if she was still working on the appointment before me. I really wish I could of spoken to a manager. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I told her maybe you should of called and let me know I was being canceled instead of just sitting on your phone.

If I could give this experience zero stars I would. India was my waxer. This experience was horrible and I will not be going back. I still have hair (which isn’t a first with this place) and I didn’t realize until I got home. I called and the manager is out til Tuesday. Asked to speak to someone in charge (supervisor) and I was told there would be not be anyone there until Tuesday. So there’s only one manager? Like I gave an entire spot missed. How was it not seen??!!!???

The European wax center it self does use really good products and the techniques they use to wax and remove hair is good, however Jenkintown location is horrible the Waxer that I had treated me horribly for no apparent reason I felt so uncomfortable. I called in to speak to the manager and she basically told me that I lied about my experience and asked me if there was anything else that I would like to discuss disregarding everything that I expressed and explained to her. I honestly think I’m going to find a new place to receive my waxing done at after 9 years I’m saying goodbye to the European wax center this location needs to be shut down very unprofessional they don’t care about the customer service at all horrible stay away please!!!!
