This review is solely for the employee Tara. I have been coming here for years and the people are always nice, professional, and friendly. The last few visits I have been going to Elena because of how great she was but she left the center this past summer. I chose “any wax specialist” since Elena was gone and what a bad move on my part. When Tara came up to have me go back there was no smile, no greeting of “hi” or “how are you” she just said “in this room”. In the room she was silent the whole time, I tried to see if maybe she has just a lot going on and her cold demeanor was not intentional so I asked her about her day. One word answer, no smile, She was not interested at all. She rushed through the wax not caring about how much she was ripping off or snagging, the length she was waiting for the wax to harden causing multiple painful pieces being picked at. She told me to turn over and there were still plenty of random hairs. I asked about them and she blamed them on “exfoliating” then blamed them on me not coming in for a few months. Elena , Nini, Sabah have all waxed me and I never had this problem. When I told her this she passed the blame and threatened to just end the session half way. Fortunately I know other wax specialist there that are kind and friendly and enjoy their job but today stunned me with how horrible Tara’s attitude was from the very beginning, how uncomfortable she made me feel especially with such an intimate area, and how carelessly she performed her job
