I have been coming here for about 3 months now, and I have had a great experience every time. Napree was my wax specialist at my last visit and she was amazing! She took the time to make sure every single piece of hair was removed & even double checked. I also felt very comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend making an appointment!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe center took me at the last minute for lip and brow wax. Friendly staff were excited to fit me in. Ran like clockwork. Taya (therapist) was sweet, thorough, careful and professional. She did the best job on my brows. They looked wonderful as I left the shop. Good work.Service: Body waxing

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe staff was very unprofessional, rude, and quite frankly kind of lazy. I arrived 8 minutes late, which was before the late policy is said to be enforced (enforced at 9 minutes). As soon as I walked in, the staff were already rude when asking about my appointment time. When I told them the time, they both looked at each other and rolled their eyes, which was completely unnecessary. When they told me the late policy was 9 minutes and I told them it had only been 8, they told me that they were still enforcing the late policy. Their reasoning was because it would probably take the worker after the 9 minute mark to come out and greet me. Aside from that being ridiculous in itself, the attitude only added to the issue. She was very professional, quick and she made me feel comfortable. The waxing itself was almost painless! My bestie is getting a wax too and I’m going to recommend she see Alecia!
