I just want to say how AMAZING MAGGIE is she is the sweetest person and literally is so good at her job !! I have been getting waxed for awhile now on and off and recently i started to get waxed again and got Maggie and I’m so happy i did she has me waxed in 10 minutes and she is the only person that i have ever had that my hair barley grows back in and she makes you feel so comfortable and truly is such a sweetheart i will not go to anyone else besides her so if you need someone to go to pick Maggie she is AMAZING!!!

I’ve been going there for years the staff is wonderful so friendly, but heard of how horrible they handled a situation with a dear friend. They must’ve used unsanitary wax because she got a weird reaction and the manager was been rude about the situation and wouldn’t help at all. I’m going to contact BBB about this and hopefully they’ll further investigate. But the manager Alisha should be demoted.

Today was my first time at the Bromall location, the front desk was wonderful and very welcoming. Since this was my first wax I did not choose a specific person. So Alexis was the lucky one, but she was not very welcoming, she walked behind me as if I been to this place before to get to my room. She did not talk me through the process and it was very painful.
