You book an appointment that YOU can’t be late for but the wax tech absolutely can be late and there’s nothing you can do about it. It’s ridiculous. Ebony, my specialist, kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes, which was unprofessional. How do you penalize customers for a 9 minute grace period while keeping us waiting for so long and not AT LEAST providing a discount? (which I had to ask for). Not to mention, I usually get my waxing done at EWC, and this was the most excruciating experience I’ve ever had. She was aware of my suffering but didn’t bother to check on me. TERRIBLE.

They cancelled my appointment 20 minutes prior so they could close early. I tried calling and no one picked up, so I still went. The door was locked at 8:40pm and the lady claimed to not have any appointments. I showed her proof on my phone (I had screen shots of my reservation and the notification telling me my appointment starts soon) and all she said was “well we’re closed”
