So I’ve been here twice before today and had a decent experience with a waxer who is no longer there.. I usually go to a different location that is further away but I decided to give Center valley another shot because it’s so much closer to me. I loved Amanda! She was super sweet, and did an awesome job! I also had some issues with my wax pass but the manager was so kind and really worked with me! I am very happy with my experience today, this will now be my go-to location! Highly recommend!

I’ve been to a few different locations in the Lehigh Valley and in New Jersey. This location in particular has been a gem. I usually see Barb, however last time due to last minute change on my end I had a session with Tina. Both women are great and you can tell each have several years experience.

A bunch of powder was placed all over my V, didn’t like that (that usually causes infection) I think everyone should be asked first. After I checked myself I still had a bunch of visible hairs. I told the girl but I felt like I was bothering when I told her so I just told her not to worry about it. I don’t think she was very personable and I felt like she did it in a rush. I won’t mention her name. However, the first time I went was a few weeks before today my hairs we not grown enough to wax, Amanda( a different girl) was kind enough to tell me so that I don’t waste my money. I liked her honesty so I waited for more growth and came back. I had a different girl this time around and was not happy. And I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews. I won’t be going back :-/

Allison was wonderful! I normally do not go to this location but it was convenient and had openings at the time I needed. Allison was so nice and we had an awesome conversation. I added on a service last minute and they were more than accommodating. The front desk lady was so nice. It’s nice knowing that I can go to this location and be treated the same as any other location.

My mom and I we always get Brazilian wax here and never had a problem before, but today she had Tina and she was extremely rude. My mom doesn’t speak full english, because it’s her second language so it was hard to communicate with Tina, but she screamed at my mom and did her a really bad job on her Brazilian wax. We love Angel and Allison but Tina made our experience really bad, my mom was extremely upset.

Came back to this place with a different wax specialist as I was not happy with the last. Jacquelyn did an incredible job with my full Brazilian, and kept a professional and comfortable environment! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her especially if it’s your first time here. My experience felt a lot less painful and more enjoyable with the care she provided.
