I have been a few times now for Brazilian/bikini line services. I have seen Ayesha, Emily and Lauren and all three were wonderful. Everyone I’ve seen has been very professional and efficient. They did a good job making me feel less awkward about the situation while also doing a good job with the actual waxing. Very clean facility. Front desk staff were also very friendly. The first time I came it was great Liz made me feel comfortable which made the process easy and she also was fast and clean… This time however after coming back for my 2nd wax I was told that my previous waxer no longer is there but recommended me to someone familiar in the company which she was friendly and also made me feel comfortable unfortunately I forgot her name but my issue is that the process did take longer and the after effect is what I’m not happy with I called to speak with a manager because I know my body and I’m just not sure if things we’re sanitized correctly because the after effect is no good and I’m not happy with the transition and may not be back
