Came to this location the first time last month, the waxing specialist seemed new and of course anytime I go anywhere new for service they always throw an inexperienced specialist to perform services for me. She ended up burning me and making me bleed . I never bleed after a wax service as I have been having it done for years. I came back today (a second time) and requested a different person for the service, I told the front desk lady about the experience. No apologies were given and no offer given for a partial refund or anything complimentary for my bad experience the first time there. There was also no mention if they were going to speak with the specialist about what went wrong with the service she gave me. The only reason I give this location 3 stars is because my second experience was great with the specialist name Kayla. She was very sweet, gentle and I never got burned or bled after service.
