I had my first ever full bikini wax today by Nieima, I was extremely nervous, she made me very comfortable, talked me through the whole process, yes it was painful, but nowhere near as bad as I thought. She also did my underarms, she did a great job, recommended aftercare products, I’ll definitely be back to see her! It looks great, and she was very fast!

My experience was just similar to previous reviewer. Had to leave, I left out of there in pain and worth a botched wax job. The girl K ( I presume is the same girl)cannot wax. *Do Not Recommend* EWC hires anyone and many “beginners” that are in school. I wish I could give zero stars because this place needs to revise their hiring process. I scheduled a wax here and the waxer had no experience. She applied the way too hot wax immediately onto my skin, pulled way too early, and hesitated with every pull which causes more pain to the person. I have had many waxes from EWC and I had to find a person with their own salon and certificates of proof that are trained in waxing because EWC is NOT it. This was my LAST time getting waxed there and unfortunately I had a lot of pain even 2 weeks after, the area and skin were still traumatized and sore because the waxer did not know when to stop attempting to get all the hair. On rare occasions they have experienced people but they leave to move on to better things quickly. Save yourself the pain and aggravation and book your waxes with a private/small business salon that cares for their customers.

I’ve been going there for years and I stopped after I had my 3rd baby but I went again today for the first time in a long time and it was a very pleasant experience!!! My waxer Rebecca was so great and kept conversation the whole time ! She made me feel comfortable and I talked to her through the pain I loved that she applied pressure after the rips because man oh man does the lips hurt but she tweezed the left overs and made it hairless and perfect and for the back part she did it many times to make sure all the hair was off she’s the only waxer who did that which I appreciate so much because no one wants hair there lol! Definitely going back to her every time
